Privacy Policy

“Raichu”, “we” and “us” refer to Kame House Solutions FZCO, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the data controller for personal information processed through raichu.airaichu.ai, our platforms and the services we deliver to clients.

We collect only what we need to run the relationship:

• Contact details you give us, such as name, email, phone and company, when you book a call, send a brief, sign a statement of work or create a Raichu account.
• Project information you share while we work together, such as assets, access credentials, content and feedback.
• Usage data from our sites, such as pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location, device and browser type, and timestamps.
• Billing details needed for invoicing and tax compliance.

We do not knowingly collect special-category data (health, religion, biometrics, etc.) and we do not buy personal data from third parties.

• To reply to enquiries and schedule intro calls.
• To deliver, support and improve the services you’ve engaged us for.
• To issue invoices and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
• To monitor site performance, detect abuse and keep our infrastructure secure.
• To send you occasional, relevant updates about our work, only if you’ve opted in.

Where the GDPR or equivalent law applies, we rely on one of: contract (to deliver the services you’ve asked for), legitimate interests (to run and protect our business), legal obligation (tax, accounting, anti-fraud), or consent (for marketing emails and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time).

We don’t sell your data. We share it only with vetted processors who help us operate, under written data-processing agreements:

• Hosting (Hostinger).
• AI processing (OpenAI), to generate the replies your agent sends.
• Payment and invoicing providers (PayPal, Stripe).
• Professional advisers (accountants, auditors, lawyers) where required.

We may also disclose information when legally compelled to, or to protect rights, property or safety.

Our sites do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.

We keep personal data only as long as we need it: enquiries for up to 24 months, project records for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years (to meet tax and audit obligations), and analytics in aggregated form. After that we delete or anonymise it.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is perfect, but if we suspect a breach affecting your data we’ll notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay.

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

• Confirm what data we hold about you and give you a copy.
• Correct anything that’s inaccurate or out of date.
• Delete data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

We operate from the UAE and work with clients and processors around the world, so your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. When we do this we rely on appropriate safeguards: Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions or your explicit consent.

We may update this policy as our practices, services or the law evolve. This page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged on this page and, where appropriate, communicated by email.

• Data we access. Profile information, name and profile picture (only to display in your dashboard), and message content from WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger (strictly for routing to your inbox).
• Limited use. We use Platform Data solely to provide the messaging automation and aggregation service you request. We do not use Platform Data for surveillance, unauthorised marketing or lending qualification.
• No sale of data. We do not sell, license or purchase any data obtained from Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) to or from any third party (data brokers, ad networks, etc.).

This section covers the data we access through TikTok’s developer platform when a business connects its TikTok account.

• Data we access. TikTok profile data (username, unique open ID and profile image), and comments on videos, direct messages and public mentions (strictly for routing to your inbox and replying on your behalf).
• Limited use. We use TikTok data solely to provide the messaging automation service you request, never for advertising or profiling.
• No sale of data. We do not sell, license or purchase any data obtained from TikTok.
• Revoking access. You can revoke Raichu’s access at any time in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy › Security › Manage app access. To delete stored data, see Data DeletionData Deletion.
