Data Deletion

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our services. You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time.

To delete your data, remove Raichu through Facebook or TikTok as described below, or email us at info@raichu.aiinfo@raichu.ai.

Upon request, all data associated with your Meta connected accounts (access tokens, message history) is permanently removed from our servers within 24 hours.

Go to your account’s Settings & Privacy and click Settings. Open Apps and Websites, where you’ll see every app and website linked to your Facebook account. Search for Raichu, select it, scroll down and click Remove. Your app activity is then removed.

In the TikTok app, open Settings and privacy, then Security, then Manage app access. Select Raichu and remove it. Your TikTok access token is then revoked; email us as below to also delete stored messages and profile data.

If you are unable to complete the Facebook steps above, you can request manual deletion by contacting us directly. All data associated with your Meta connected accounts (access tokens, message history) is permanently removed from our servers within 24 hours.
